I owe this customer an apology for not responding to his email in a more timely fashion I have apologized in person I met with the customer and explained that the flashing that our supervisor was referring to was part of the chimney cap, not the flashing at the base of the chimney
where the roof meets the brick During this visit we inspected our work and found it to be sound, with the customer agreeing that the repair to the chimney cap and flashing that is needed is his responsibility I would ask that this complaint be rescinded as it is more of a communication error than poor workmanship Thank You
