He inspected my roof, showed me detail photos of the hail damage on my roof, and then took his time and did a very thorough assessment of my property. My BBQ had even been damaged by hail. He showed me items that I never would have thought were damaged. Then he met with my insurance and ensured that all of these items were paid for.
