I came across an appealing ad (I believe it was on Instagram) & purchased 2 books for $4.95 about Home Remedies & Foraging, not realizing that in the process I had "Signed Up" to be a member for $39.95 a MONTH! When I saw the charge on my card & the emailed receipt I immediately sent a request for a refund & cancellation of my "membership." Their response was that they would do so IF I returned ANOTHER book which, in fact, I had NEVER ordered NOR received (& still a week later have not laid eyes on)! I responded in a subsequent transmission that I have never even heard of this book & asked if they could send me a screenshot of the cover so I could double-check...& I've not heard from them since. The website listed on their receipt doesn't actually get you anywhere, but if you do a web search you can find them AND you'll find that a great many people have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau AND www.PissedConsumer.com AND www.RevDesk.com! They are fraudulent, & are willfully/knowingly misleading people. I'm about ready to show up at their doorstep in Miami if I don't see a refund on my credit card this MONDAY, Dec 11, 2023!

This customer's email address has been
removed from our databases and suppressed from future mailings. It sounds like
the customer's antivirus software was preventing him from accessing our
unsubscribe page.We would also recommend this customer
be careful where he inputs his email address...

online. In reviewing our records,
he has signed up for our email lists multiple times. The best practice to
prevent receiving unwanted emails is to not sign up in the first place.Now that the customer has been removed from our
emailing databases and suppressed from future mailings we consider this matter resolved.
