Review: Patriot Pest &Termite Control performed pest control services at my residence on 8-24-15. The service was paid by check on that day that was issued to the technician that performed the work. The check cleared the following week which can be verified via banking records. [redacted], an employee of Patriot Pest & Termite Control, has called and left two voicemails claiming that I am overdue on my invoice for these services. I have also received two paper statement invoices that have another customers name and my address and account information on them. I left three phone messages with Patriot's messaging service the last week of September and the first week of October and I received no return call. I was finally able to reach [redacted] on October 9th and explained the situation to her and she informed me she would talk to the software company and "promised to get back with me". I left phone messages with the answering service on October 16th and today and I have not received any return phone callsDesired Settlement: Patriot Pest & Termite Control would contact me and provide a reliable way to contact them. The incorrect billing and account information is corrected, my account correctly cleared of any outstanding balance and my account with them is inactivated and dissolved.
