yes my shop did install a rebuilt engine for mr. [redacted]. it did have a virbation under load at about 1500 rpm. when he brought it to my attention I had him bring the vehicle back to me and a claim was opened through ATK Engines to help diagnose the issue. [redacted] recieved free spark plug wires,...

ditributor cap and rotor, and also a harmonic balancer. also he recieved another 10+ hours of free labor to pull the transmission back to see if the flywheel had lost a weight which would also cause a vibration. nothing was evident of why the engine had a vibration. I explained to [redacted] that we needed to change the distributor to make sure that the magnetic pick up coil was not causeing a cross fire condition. [redacted] left town down to las vegas and has not brought the pickup back to my shop or purchased the distributor for me to install. he has since called me several times and I have givin him all of this information. the last time he called me he was drunk and very beligerant toward me and actually threatened myself and my buisness and family. [redacted] engine is warrantied through ATK Engines and was givin all of the pertinent information to bring the pickup to another shop to start a warranty claim for the engine. [redacted] is not allowed on my property which includes my home ever again and will be charged with trespassing if he does try to come on the property again. this has been reported to the county sherrifs office as well. my buisness does not make house calls that is why he was told to bring the pickup to my shop.
