We are in receipt of the Revdex.com complaint with Harris Jewelry made by [redacted] [redacted] made a purchase of jewelry from our store in Lawton, OK on November **, He signed a Retail Installment Contract at the time of purchase for $to be paid monthly for months, starting January *, We did not receive payments for January, February or March and his account was placed with our internal collection departmentWe received two payments of $each in April, still leaving his account nearly three months past due [redacted] indicated that one of her rings was in need of repairOur representative gave her instructions on how to return the ring to our office for repair or replacement, at no charge, but the ring was not received.On May ***, [redacted] stated that their credit report was showing past due and would not make any additional payments until we updated the credit report to show that it was currentWe advised her that we could not do that as we report only accurate information to the credit bureausBut she did have the option of disputing any inaccurate information that she felt was on the report with the credit bureaus.In this complaint, he states we are calling his wife every day, sometimes more than onceThis is not true as we are very aware of and in compliance with FDCPA collection practicesHis comments that we are a rip off and the merchandise was not worth nearly what he was charged are inaccurate and offensiveWe are a reputable Company that has been in business over yearsWe stand behind our merchandise and are extremely proud to maintain the A+ accreditation rating we have consistently earned with the Revdex.com[redacted] states that his desired settlement would be to close out his account and have the account removed from his credit report as he returned the merchandise to us.Out ultimate goal is complete customer satisfaction and although it is long past our day return policy, we will accept the return of the jewelry and close his accountTo date we have not received the merchandise as indicated by [redacted] Once the merchandise is received we will credit the account for the merchandise and contact the credit bureaus advising them to deleted this account from his credit report

We are sorry that [redacted] did not find our solution satisfactoryHowever, until the merchandise is received by Harris, we are unable to close his account.We have double checked our records and we show that no merchandise was received by Mror [redacted] [redacted] states that the merchandise was returned but does not give any additional information on the returnWe need to know the date of the return, the address it was returned to, the carrier and tracking information for the packageAlso if he could track the package and supply us with the delivery information, that would be most helpful.We await this information as we are anxious to resolve [redacted] 's issues.Tell us why here
This is in response to the complaint # [redacted] submitted by [redacted] Upon receipt of the complaint, I reached out to [redacted] to discuss his issues in an effort to reach a satisfactory solution I was able to confirm to [redacted] that although his account had become delinquent, he did made an arrangement to bring his account currentPayments were made by [redacted] and his account was up to date by the end of December In January 2017, we contact the national credit bureaus advising them that [redacted] ’s account was current and to update his credit report accordingly [redacted] also agreed to make a higher monthly payment each month until the account was paid in full; which he is doing as of this date I told [redacted] today that I did know why his credit report was again showing a delinquent status, since he is making his agreed payment terms, but I would take steps necessary to see that this was correctedI told [redacted] I would personally be monitoring his account and would keep HIM up to date on any changes to his account status [redacted] was satisfied with action Harris was taking to correct his issuesI did give him my personal information to contact me should he have any issues or concerns I called [redacted] again yesterday and left word for him to call me back to let him know that his credit report is now showing a current account with no delinquencies reported by Harris.Marilyn F

This is in response to the Revdex.com complaint filed by [redacted] [redacted] made a purchase of jewelry at our store in [redacted] on March **, 2015.On May **, [redacted] ' mother, [redacted] , contacted our store in [redacted] stating that she felt that her son was pressured into making the purchase and that the merchandise was not worth the money chargedOur store representative told [redacted] that Harris offers a day return policy and we did not hear from [redacted] during that time frameShe was directed to contact our Corporate Office in [redacted] ***, toll free, to have this matter addressedThey opted instead to contact the Revdex.com and file this complaint.On May **, our Customer Service Representative in [redacted] contacted [redacted] assuring her that Harris is a very reputable company and have assisted military service members with their jewelry needs for over years and that we stand fully behind all our merchandiseThe ultimate goal of Harris is complete customer satisfaction and although it was long past the day return policy, she was told if she was unhappy with the merchandise purchased by [redacted] we would gladly accept the of the jewelry and close his accountOur representative gave [redacted] the instructions to return the merchandise to our [redacted] office and advised her that we would reimburse her for any charges she incurred to make this return.On May [redacted] Harris issued a check to [redacted] in the amount of $32.05, our check #***, to reimburse her for the shipping cost she incurred for the return on the merchandise.The merchandise was received by Harris on May **, and [redacted] ' account was credited for the return and the account was closedWe also contacted the national credit bureaus advising them to delete this account from [redacted] ' credit file.Based on the above information, we believe that all of [redacted] 's issues have been addressed and resolved.Sincerely, [redacted]

contract and knew the vehicle was AS/IS no warranty. The vehicle was running fine when he left with it and had passed a performance inspection as does all of our leased vehicles. The truck was built to be high performance with a built motor and transmission. It was explained to him. When the vehicle came back with transmission problems it was observed that the back tire was bald from apparently doing burnouts. He put the truck into a shop that we advised then refused to pay the bill. We were VERY explicit that we would not be paying the bill. After the bill was more than he expected he then decided, in hind-sight that he perhaps, maybe, could have gotten the truck fixed cheaper elsewhere. Upon trying to stick our company with the bill we held the truck and offered him a long term payment plan(with no interest) of $200 per month on the repair. We were being nice and were not required to offer him this assistance. He said he would not pay and for us to keep the truck. His vehicle that he traded in was sold to another individual. The engine in that jeep blew up in 2 days leaving that customer stranded. We did not charge that customer anything and junked the trade in. [redacted] told us his trade in was a good vehicle which was not true. He ripped the gears out of our trucks transmission and then left us to pay the $900 bill for the rebuild. We are a USED CAR DEALER. ALL used car dealers get an unfair bad review at some time. I could care less about an "F" rating. Our 70 lease customers know better and are very happy with us. We deal in Quality, newer model vehicles that we allow people to return at anytime. It is IMPOSSIBLE for one of our customers to get a "lemon" since they can turn them in or trade them for another vehicle for $280 anytime. [redacted] did not want to be reasonable. When you give us an "F" rating feel free to post this so the public will understand why we chose the rating. It is so that I will quit getting letters. I do not have time to respond to every silly person that doesn't understand that they also have an obligation in the contract. Good riddance to him and the Revdex.com.
