Patriot Home Mortgage

Good Morning:In response to the borrowers complaint I have tracked down happened.  This was an error on [redacted] Drawing Team and not against Patriot Home Mortgage..   Our
initial disclosure of the loan showed $[redacted] per month, our Tax cert which was
sent in with the file  to...

[redacted] shows $[redacted] per month and our Fee’s worksheet that was
sent with the Doc Order shows $[redacted].  Somewhere along the line in your [redacted] system  it was changed to $[redacted] per month.  This made the borrowers account
short.  They are now being billed from [redacted] like $[redacted] to bring their
escrow current and they want Patriot to pay for it.   Patriot Home Mortgage provided ALL of the correct documentation to the Lender to have the escrow account correct.  This should have been caught at closing by Title or even by my processor as they went over the HUD and the Payment.   The borrower didn't say ANYTHING when they noticed their monthly payment was LESS than what was quoted?  This was an oversight by my staff in catching it but the error comes from the Doc Drawing Department of [redacted].Please contact me with any other questions.  Sincerely;Rosie [redacted] - Operations Manager[redacted]
