Patriot Glass installed a frameless shower door and subsequently damaged the shower tiles On June 6, 2016, Patriot Glass installed a shower door enclosure Upon installation, several shower tiles were damaged near both of the upper and lower door hinges I contacted Patriot Glass Repair, Incimmediately to notify them of the damages that had occurred MrBrian N [redacted] , Patriot Glass Repair, LLC, responded immediately I provided him with pictures of the damages, of which he acknowledged He stated, in writing, that he would have the tiles repaired I never received a return response from MrN [redacted] regarding the repairs I evidentially hired a contractor to repair the tiles Since that time, I contacted Patriot Glass Repair, LLC via e-mail, through the Patriot Glass Repair, Inc., web application, and by telephone and have not received a return response The contractor also attempted to contact Patriot Glass Repair, LLC, to no avail The bathroom has not been available
