This is in regards to complaint #[redacted]. I spoke with the customer on 9/15/14 and went over there that day and did all the grout touch up that he had requested, and apologized for the miscommunication  on my part for not getting the grout touch up done sooner. As for the wood issues I have...

ordered an independent inspection to come and assess the issues with the wood. we at this time are waiting for a response from the inspector to set up a time to do the inspection to find out what needs to be done. I have kept in touch with the homeowner and am keeping him informed on what is happening.
