We had a contract, he took our 50% deposit, never showed up to start work. Want to warn others. Be aware.

This company took our 4000 dollar deposit and we can not reach just them sad. They always have an excuse and now there phones are off.

This guy is a complete fraud. Says all the right things to get your deposit but then comes up with excuse after excuse why he can't start the job. Says he is on every job site to ensure its done correctly. When workers do show to do the job, sends out a guy that has 1 week of experience and another with 1 day. I instructed where I wanted my fence line and they installed my wood post in the wrong location. Cost me 85 SQ feet of my entire property. I fired him and asked for invoice on work done (installed 23 Post with concrete) and he is telling me that I owe him money and he is keeping my $3250.00 deposit. DO NOT HIRE THIS FRAUD!

Took $3851.48 for half of job which was supposed to be to order fence material and hasn't come back and hasn't ordered materials. Taking him to court
Gave him half of job for materials augu7 and October 10 still no fence. I'm going to take him to court for fraud

Took a deposit of $4000.00 and we haven't seen him for 2 months.

I paid then 1500 to start work on my fence on 2/4/19
they will not return call an will not give me completion time

So I have contracted with Patriot fence, I have paid 50 percent up front they told me 3 to 4 weeks that was on 2/07/19 it is not 3/28/19. At first they would not return my calls had Police contact them they told how sorry they were and that they we'll be doing my fence still no start date. Oh we just fire the crew because of poor quality work. Call me last week said they would be here this week today is Thursday. Do ya think they'll be here this week don't thinks so. Won't answer my calls any more. Hate to think I have been had but it looks like that may be the case.
