Patriot Express Carwash

Visited for the Patriot Car Wash for the first time, being new to town. Wow how are they still open? Amazing that they are with the management staff they have. I was hung up on not once but twice. A Manager named Patty and another Peyton [redacted] whom portrayed to be a manager and told me to go to Octopus!! He said he had only been employed by a week, well my opinion a week to long if he is telling customers to go to Octopus.

BAD EXPERIENCE. Three times before, my employee had his company truck washed and it was okay. The 4th time the it was washed, the rinse cycle tumbler arm damaged and bent up the truck bed ladder rack. $870 worth of damage!!! The manager will not return our calls (4each) and we are now submitting a small claims court demand through the county court system.
