Review: On June 19th I stopped by the Baldino's location in [redacted], VA to schedule a re-keying of my house. In response to my description of the services needed, the individual on duty in the store provided me a verbal estimate of $200 to $240 total. A Baldino's locksmith arrived at my home later that day and satisfactorily performed the requested services. He then presented me with an invoice for $378.79, more than 50% higher than what the in-store representative had suggested the service would cost. After expressing my shock at the difference in cost and questioning the locksmith, he surmised that the in-store representative had failed to include in his estimate Baldino's baseline service call charge of $99 - which was indeed the case; at no point in my conversation in the store was there any mention of this charge.Desired Settlement: I would like Baldino's to refund me the $99 service call charge, which its in-store representative failed to disclose when I initially scheduled my house for re-keying.
