Patriot Builders

This builder was hired to paint my house - builder did not provide services as indicated in the contract, which stated that house trim would be painted with three coats of paint and rotten/missing wood replaced. House was left barely painted in some spots, not all missing wood was replaced, paint was dripped/smudged on to all surfaces and not cleaned properly. Front wooden steps were damaged in the process. Builder asked to come back several times to fix the needed areas and did not complete the repairs.
