Unfortunately in this situation [redacted] has a lien on the car in questionWhen there is a lien on a vehicle you do not receive an an actual title until the lien is satisfied.In this particular case [redacted] wasn’t produced a license plate by the state of WV, and unfortunately once the paperwork is processed in WV she has to be the one to inquire about the plateI have offered to pay for this plate, but for some reason that isn’t satisfactory to [redacted] In this particular case the vehicle is past due on payment by monthsI have been offering to pay for this plate also for months.Unfortunately I have done all that I can do, it is up to [redacted] to call the WV DMV and pay the $for a license plate, in which we would gratefully reimburse her at the time of payment.Sincerely,Management
