Patriot Appliance Repair was quick, informative, and professional. Paul took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, and gave advice on how to aid in the extended lifetime of my dryer.

It's amazing how easy it is to take for granted that you can easily get hot water in your washing machine. I never gave it a second thought until I found myself boiling pot after pot of water just to do a small load in a hot cycle. Fortunately, [redacted] fixed that for me, and it only took 24 hours! He came out to look at the machine, gave me his diagnosis and returned the very next day to do the repairs after he bought the needed part. He was straight forward, from the start about the cost on the labor and parts as well. And his price is very competetive.
He is honest, forthright and knowledgeable. If something doesn't need to be fixed, he'll let you know.

I called on 6/15 and got a service technician to my house the same day, within the time given to me. Patriot was a referral from a neighbor. Fantastic experience. Paul was extremely cordial. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the part with him. He finished quickly, but was thorough. He showed me exactly what he did. After he was finished, he showed me what to listen for in the future. Extremely helpful. He even went the extra mile of showing how the part from a large, national retailer was quite a bit more expensive than Patriot was charging. Completely satisfied!

After having a poor experience with another vendor who did a service call but did not show up to replace the parts, I called Patriot Appliance to get my Samsung stove & oven fixed. Paul, the owner of the business answered my call the first time and immediately setup an appointment to diagnose the problem the next day explaining he did not rely on other companies diagnosis. He was correct in doing so because the parts required were actually different than the first company had stated. Paul expedited the parts overnight and was out to replace them.

Paul is transparent in all his business practices, with his services, pricing and what he is doing to fix the appliance. He charges a very fair price for his services. He does what he says he is going to do and is excellent with communication. He is genuinely passionate about his customers as it clearly bothered him that another company in his industry had treated me poorly as a customer. It was refreshing after my bad experience with another contractor and I will definitely use his services again anytime I have an appliance repair!
