Review: Patriot Advance's automated telephone service calls me on a daily basis. I have waited until the telephone call has finished and does as instructed to be removed from the call list. This has been going on for months. After talking to a live person today and asked them to remove me from their call list. He actually laughed at me and said he does not know how.Desired Settlement: Remove me from your automated call list!

We will remove the merchant from our Automated dialing list right away. We actually just started our automated dialing calls mid last week and we do not repeat numbers on our list. So it it impossible for us to have been calling the merchant for months. The 3rd party vendor that we use for our Automated dialing service also has other clients that may use the same recording so the merchant may have heard the recording before but it was not from our company. rest Assured Patriot Advance will remove this number from our list right away and will not call the merchant again. I will also fire any sales representatives that laugh and do not pass along information about merchants that would like to be removed from the list.
