to the manufacturers specifications. This roof was recently damaged by hail, wind and some tree damage and the homeowner wants me to help them get the roof paid for by their insurance company as a result. Even tough the recent damage to the roof via hail, wind and tree damage would normally void a roofing companies no leak guarantee I continue to stand by my warranty at this time. Any leak that this customer has had I have fixed it. I am very sorry that there was ever a leak and I do understand the customers frustration but I have upheld my warranty by responding quickly to the problem and fixing it.
