We believe this complaint to be without meritAs the patient indicated, was called, he was transported by our ambulance company, his insurances were properly billed and he has an unpaid copay.It is our policy to give patients every opportunity to pay their billIfthey have a financial hardship we work with them, including discounting the bill, setting up payment plans and/or writing off the charges.
