Although leaks are very rare for my company no roofing company is perfectI have fixed the leak in accordance with my year no leak guaranteeI responded quickly to the issueThe comment made about the material being installed incorrectly is not correctThe material was installed in accordance to the manufacturers specificationsThis roof was recently damaged by hail, wind and some tree damage and the homeowner wants me to help them get the roof paid for by their insurance company as a resultEven tough the recent damage to the roof via hail, wind and tree damage would normally void a roofing companies no leak guarantee I continue to stand by my warranty at this timeAny leak that this customer has had I have fixed itI am very sorry that there was ever a leak and I do understand the customers frustration but I have upheld my warranty by responding quickly to the problem and fixing it
