Review: I hired Mr [redacted] to do my Mom's taxes for 2011 as she has passed away so we were filing her final refund. So back in August 2012 we completed the paperwork and mr [redacted] claims he filed the taxes now Dec 2012 Taxes still not complete and the IRS has no record of them so after many calls to Mr [redacted] he finally returns calls says he will look into it and states that Death Claims are not a priority!!! but needs again copy of Death Cert and Court paperwork, he Refiles.. I start calling him 8 weeks after fileing and now here we are in May 2013 still no response and IRS says we have no record of this claim again called Mr [redacted] and he has yet to call me back. I go to IRS office and have to file the taxes myself. This is no way to runa business....Desired Settlement: a Formal appology from Mr [redacted] to me and my family for his lack of follow thru and the fact that we still have yet to get closure on Mom's Death.
