I am rejecting this response because: On September 1st, 2016, I (*** ***) contacted Patrick R. Mastey Enterprises to see if the apartment was availableI had the balance for the apartment but the last tenants were still residing at the apartmentOn September 1st, 2016, I (*** ***)
decided with my husband, NOT to rent from Patrick R. Mastey Enterprises since the apartment is not vacant and Patrick was very un-professional with me once I told him that since the apartment is not ready on September 1st, I don't want to do business with him anymorePatrick stated that he has another client and he is just minutes from that appointment, so we can discuss this laterPatrick R. Mastey had gone on Vacation/Business Conference (HE STATED) for weeks and never got back in contact with me or my husbandI talked with Brooke *** throughout the weeks with no answersI filled this complaint with Revdex.comPatrick contacted me (2) twice last week but was talking about putting the tenants out of the apartmentI informed him againI don't want to do business with you and refund my moneyPatrick stated on the Last phone conversation, that he will not return my money and by law he doesn't have to return itI stated the apartment was never ready for us to move inThe tenants that were in the apartment on July 27, are still in the apartment todayPatrick wanted me to contact the Revdex.com and tell them that we resolve the problem and then we will sit down and discuss my refundVery unprofessional, getting paid twice for the one apartment, and there are several other clients that are going thru the same with Patrick R. issue our deposit to us. He continues to give us the run around on this issue but keeps calling my husband and I only to tell me he has to go pick up his kids and then tells me to call him back. This is the strangest scenario I have ever been in and am appalled by his lack of professionalism.
