In my last response I offered to waive our fee of $50.00 for Ms [redacted] NSF check, if she were to pay the past due rent of $90.00.Our records show Ms [redacted] accepted our offer and paid the $90.00.At this time it has not been determines if we will offer Ms [redacted] a lease renewal.(I am somewhat perplexed as to why Ms [redacted] would want to renew with us based on the allegations she has made.)Sincerely,[redacted] [redacted]

Due to the fact 723 Glenway is a brand new building, there were several "punch list" items the general contractor needed to complete the first couple of weeks of occupancy.ALL tenants were notified if the contractor needed to enter a specific unit. This took place for the first 2 -3 weeks of...

July. Ms [redacted] was the only tenant to complain. So we stopped entering her unit.After several complaints regarding the apartment, we OFFERED Ms [redacted] to let her out of her lease with no penalty. We have an email trail which shows we responded to Ms [redacted] emails timely and courteously.
