is taken.  At that point, we then run a credit check and/or bank statement balance check depending on the customer’s choice of purchase.  Once the terms are reached and everything is verified a test drive is then taken.  If the customer decides that they then do not want to purchase the vehicle after the test drive for whatever reason, the buyer’s agreement and deal is backed out and nullified.Everything stated above was not relayed to the customer in totality while they were in store because we were cut off twice while trying to explain it before they stormed out.  Also, our sales/store staff currently includes, and always has included, men and women from all backgrounds.  We service customers from all backgrounds and do not refuse sales or services to anyone based on who they are, what they look like or where they come from.  It's part of our philosophy to take care of every customer to the best of our abilities no matter what.If the customer would still like to look into purchasing the vehicle, or any other vehicle, from us we would be more then happy to accommodate them based on the above policy and standards.Pat O'Brien Chevrolet East
