I purchased a Kia Soul from Grossinger Hyundai Palatine back in early June 8, I paid for the car in fullI was issued a temporary license plate and was told my title would come in the mail after the paperwork and check was clearedToday is September 6, and I still have yet to receive my title or my permanent license plateAfter numerous un-returned phone calls, I visited Grossinger last month, informing them that I need a new license plateThe finance manager informed me that the DMV is the only one who can issue another temp plateAfter visiting the DMV, I was told by them that the dealership is the one who can issue another temp plateThe dealership blamed the State, mentioning that they were 4-weeks behind and to just "hang tight"After speaking (again) to the DMV, I was told that this is not true, and the state is completely caught up on paperwork on their endGrossinger refuses to give me the title and will not give me any information as to prove their submiss

We at Patrick [redacted]-Palatine we have this vehicle at our store, we are going to fix the vehicle to manufactuere standareds and all warranties both manufactures warranty and extended after the work is completed moving forward will be covered...

under warranty on covered componets. There is No-Charge to the customer. Also, we have givin a loaner vehicle to the customer at No-Charge while this work is being preformed. [redacted] Motor America has approved this as well.
