Suggest that they send maps out automatically with landmarks so there is no issue of what they are supposed to say by phone, but did not, and said they did Many doctors do today, not sure why they do notAllow the appointment to be rescheduled without being charged no show due to the stated
facts, and this time provide adequate mapping, instructions, and landmarks by mail Ask the office to speak to customer service whom takes the appointments and resolve how she handled this with suggesting for me to just go elsewhere closer was inappropriate of her
