I have had this disingenuous person in my home, my first mistake was trustin hi and paying upfront! He is supposed to be a relative however he is just a lowly crook! I called Patick to replace the baseboards in my home. We agreed on a price of two 3500 dollars. I already had the wood. When he accepted he'd asked for two thousand dollars. I paid him, not thinking this person would then disappear for about a month. When he finally called back after apologizing profusely, he turned around and did the same thing. He would halfway work for about two weeks, he then asked for about 900. Same behavior.. Family have tried to intervene but this guy is pathological liar.
