They said I could return the item, but I would have to pay return shipping to their address in CANADA - I live in Florida. I submitted a chargeback with my credit card company and it is currently being investigated. Stay away from these guys! They are falsely advertising "aluminum" umbrellas to boost their sales!
Their cheap steel umbrella also put a nice rust stain on my new deck too! Look at the pictures below.
Our umbrella faded (see photo) after 3 months. They wanted to charge us $40 for the umbrella to be replaced under warranty.
Clearly a scam!

I purchased light blue umbrellasI received dar blueI wanted a refundThey took a week to get back to me only to at first offer me 30% if I keep it then changed it to 20% if I keep it and when I said no I want to return it they told me I'm responsible for shipping it backIn other words I need to pay $plus for their mistake
