While I am sorry that he made no profit, it was guaranteed that they last a lifetimeThe last time they faded he did install them- He complained alot but did switch them out While I will take the new shutters, I will highly discourage anyone from using his serviceHe acts like it is terrible for him to have to go through this when he is the one who guaranteed the product for lifetime What is the next step? The replacement exterior will be shipped next week from the shipperThey will be delivered to me the week following 4th of JulyI will drop them off at Mrs***, but the labor to install them is not includedI did not make any profit on the original shutters, just labor. ***
