Hired to remove livestock stray chicken from property. Tech came put a cage trap (not a chicken trap, more like a squirrel trap) that didn't work at all cause the door wouldn't stay open, tried to call tech many times to correct the problem, never came back out, not even to take back the trap. Paid for removal service and tech did not follow through nor removed the chicken. So I paid for removal service and I'm still left with a stray livestock in my yard and a cage that doesn't work and just a junk eyesore in my yard, since tech won't come back to take back.

To whom it may concern,
This was a big miscommunication between us and the customer. First off the customer was informed that it would take up to 3weeks to capture the chicken. The cage that was set was not a squirrel cage it was a large cage that is used to catch any animal cat size or larger.The cage on first night caught a squirrel, the customer removed the squirrel and did not know how to reset it thats why she thought it didn't stay open. Every other day for 2 weeks I hunted the chicken in the neighborhood. Every I tried contacting the customer numerous times but no luck.I don't mind refunding the trapping fee of 100 dollars. But like it explains in the customers detailed invoice she paid solely for the attempt.We do apologize for any miscommunication or inconvenience that this as caused the customer but the chicken is gone no has seen or herd from the chicken since the last time I chased it 1 mile down the road. We truly apologize and don't mind giving a refund.
