Here is an example page for a popular hospital: https://www.patientbank.us/providers/kaiser-permanente-san-francisco-medical-cen...⇄ Each of these pages is created from publicly available data in the National Provider Identifier (NPI) dataset. This particular complaint has to do with one of these public pages, not any user data. The information on that page was pulled from the NPI dataset and was already public. In response to the person's previous email, we have deleted the page. But we hope this note clarifies how we got the information (via an official, public dataset) and our motivation for having it available (to help people request medical records from that particular person's medical practice).
