Patient Account Services showed up on my Credit Report for Medical BillsThey did not try to contact me about the billsOne was $and another was $249, they put them into collections and lowered my credit ratingI called them and paid the bills and asked for receipts ( everywhere else you get a receipt as soon as you pay)I had to wait days and then call back to REQUEST a receiptOne receipt was sent and the other was notI have called times, in the last month, and they can't seem to get a receipt to meEverytime I call they say I ordered the receipt it should be there in a weekAfter weeks I call them again and the whole process starts over againI asked for a scan of the receipt ( it is 2014) and they said I have to call back because a manager has to approve itA manager has to approve a receipt? Is it a scam? The most UNPROFESSIONAL bussiness I have ever dealt with
