This is in response to *** ***'s second statementI was mistaken about her receiving the certified letter on the 18thI had two certified receiptsShe received her notice on Feb24th and never picked it upI have sent a copy of all our text communicationsIn them she acknowledges that she owes $in company's and a deductible of $This totals $She actually owed more than his, but I only billed her $in hopes of getting some payment from herShe did pay the $so that I would not turn this over to a collection companyThe matter is resolved as far as Pathways is concernedIn addition she requested a copy of the medical fileShe asked that it be shipped, and was told there would be a shipping and handling fee of $20, or she could pick it up during business hours at no chargeI also told her I could fax it if she signed a medical request which she refused to doPathways Therapy services hopes to have no other contact about this customer

I am rejecting this response because: Pathways indicates I received a certified letter on February  18th at 10:34 am...this same day they were texting me for my address, I receive my mail in a pedestal box and no pink slip was left to be picked up from Post Office.  Ive attached screenshots of the texts messages with the date circled..to this date I have not received a certified letter as they indicate.  Ive spoken to our insurance company and the medical deductible is $325.00 not the $378.00 they are claiming and now Im receiving threatening text messages from them.

I am rejecting this response because: This company has continued to lie and harass and regarding this matter and will not accept that they are somewhat at fault for their lack of record keeping and continuing to insist I received and signed for letters I never received notice from and.. and our insurance company has been contacted as they are showing records of double appointments being made on same day which is insurance fraud.  As far as requesting my son file I know the rate of postage and it is nowhere near $20 and they continued to give me the run around instead of just facing the form over to release the records through fax after providing the fax number for myself.  I repeatedly said I was done speaking with them and they continue to text my phone. Also they claim they sent a certified letter to my ex husband and he has never received any notice from them.  I want to have no further contact with this provider as it has become a nightmare.
