The complaint to the Revdex.com was submitted by a competitor (*** *** of Farmers Insurance) of Pathway Insurance and not a client (see attached). The Farmers Insurance agent called our office on behalf of our client *** *** requesting a cancellation of our policy. We did
not give *** *** any information about *** *** because she is NOT the client. We must hear from the client NOT a competitor. Also, our insurance carriers require a written request from the insured to cancel any policy. This is a practice that *** *** is very much aware of, as her own company requires the same procedure. *** *** sent us a request for cancellation WITHOUT a signature. We rejected that request for obvious reasons. Once we received a written and signed request from our client...a cancellation was immediately filed and a refund was issued. Our client *** *** was pleased with our service and said that we had always treated her kindly. Our now former client has no complaints with Pathway Insurance. By the way, *** *** does not have an email account. The complaint was filed via email...but not from *** *** but from a spiteful competitor.*** ***Pathway Insurance Agency
