I investigated the complaint you forwarded to me about Dr***. *** *** called Dr*** and discussed the complaint with him. He denied any relapse; offered to take a drug test any time. Further he mentioned the complainant was a difficult client, actively drinking, raging
in the office, made one of the staff members cry, called AA worthless, did not follow up with aftercare and also launched a Revdex.com complaint against Dr***. Given that this airman also had issues with *** ***, I do not think further action regarding Dr*** is indicated. Since it does not appear the TAR reflecting the complaint was entered in DIWS, I will make no entry either. However, I will retain the TAR and this response in file. Thanks

I am rejecting this response because: I never had a problem with my Primary HIMS AME. I thought she was very though and her appointment was very professional. [redacted] on the other-hand, never examined any of the documentation that was submitted to him. [redacted] claimed that after-care was not done. Paperwork and persons are available to state it was fulfilled and completed. No, I do not believe that AA is the answer for everything like [redacted] does. I believe that each person decides what they do when they do it. [redacted] claim's that I am actively drinking, If having a beer with my best friend on his retirement over 2 months prior to seeing [redacted] makes me an active drinker, I guess I am.As for the Drug test. I will lay odds that [redacted] will have a prescription for the cannabis in his blood stream.Main complaint was and is, when I call [redacted] office for the evaluation required "I was quoted a price of $1300.00" after getting there and filling out the paperwork and doing a test where it kept asking "do you want to dress like a lady, and people are stealing my thoughts" (which I thought was stupid as heck and told [redacted] that) the price went to $3000.00. If I would have known the $3000.00 price tag I would have never went to the evaluation. I did not think, I would get anywhere filing a complaint against a Psychologist. They are trained to turn words and make people believe what they say is true.
