If you like all things Patchouli I recommend Patchouli Garden. I've been purchasing soaps, oils and melts from them for several years. I've never been disappointed with any of my purchases or the shipping/delivery.
I've turned friends and relatives onto Patchouli Garden many times.

Review: I order some Patchouli products from Patchouli Garden. The products never arrived to my address even though I gave the proper address. After calling and e-mailing customer service at Patchouli Garden. I was given the package tracking number. I called USPS entered my tracking number and was told that the zip code is [redacted] is not the proper/correct zip code to this address and I never gave or wrote any such zip code. Where the package is now, I do not know. I paid with a debit card $35.01 plus $6.95 shipping fee. I want $41.96 placed on my debit card. The total I paid to Patchouli Garden. (December 7,2013)? . The package was due to arrive on today, but did not. (December 11, 201Desired Settlement: I want my total of $41.96 to be posted to my debit card. I paid the total which includes tax. [redacted]

I have the package in hand...problem resolved. There is no need for a complaint to continue. I have my product and I do not need the money. Thank you. P.S. I order a lot online and for the last 2 years straight I have had this same problem. Sometimes my package/packages sit in the [redacted] or [redacted] for 2 to 3 weeks and sometimes the items are damaged. I will continue to shop online but, I had to say something to stop this non sense.
