On August 16, 2016 I bought an instrument case from *** at Patchman Music. The total cost for the case was $125 + $45 shipping. The case was not as described and I returned the product to Patchman music as granted by *** from Patchman music. *** did not refund me or send the case back to me after I returned the case to him. *** continually avoided all contact and refused to resolve the dispute while holding on to both the money and the case.
