*** *** I have read there answer to my complaintThings that were left out were that when they called me at 9:am on Tuesday DecI was asleepI was trying to understand what I was hearing who ,what and whenThis $dollars was on a quote that says the barrier would be $if purchased with the unitI tried to explain that I had given the cash ,coupons and check ( which I wrote for $instead of $} I was looking for the installer to call there office right then to get this rightI told him to tell the office if I owe them $I would pay them right awayThe person Michael had called me and asked what I would put down ( Michael S*** ) I told him $That was very end of Octor early NovI did not get any voice mail that day to my knowledge about finding what I had said was confirmedI did receive an invoice dated 12/saying I owed $When mike ( the installer ) called me back Decand said I did owe the extra $and mentioned I wrote the check short I asked him to come back and I would write either another check or a check for the balanceSteve said he could notI told him I would put the check inside the *** post office and check the address to send with himI did do that a Saturday morning I put the check inside the post officeThe balance should have been there Monday DecI kept asking to talk to MrDavis and was told he wasn't thereI asked that he call meThis was total miscommunicationWhy would someone not give cash to someone in the office right away ? Your plumbing dispatcher did say $ 89.00 which is applicable to repair if I understood her correctly because I repeated it to her “ applicable to repair “ and she said yes .I just wanted the $ credited if possible or send me the recorded message .Thank you *** ***senior service engineer

As already explained, the only work order we have is the one agreeing for us to replace the outdoor unit and the indoor coil. The customer choose not to replace the entire system as recommended, so we did not. The only technicians that ever came onto the property was ***, who discovered the bad motor, and ***, who replaced the motor after it was approved by *** *** The installation mechanics who did the work are not service technicians and do only basic equipment troubleshooting. This is why they called their supervisor *** when they ran into a problem with the old equipment that was not being replaced. We agree that everything should have all been done at one *** and would have been had the customer mentioned a possible problem that they were aware of with the furnace they wanted to keep to the comfort consultant, who is also not a technician. Our technician did send a detailed ticket to the customer listing the problems and left believing the entire system would be replaced. I don't know how else he could have handled the call. The only supervisor involved in this job was *** and that is who dealt with *** *** We do not have a *** ***. Davis Services

My daughter was present and she was never informed of the additional $ and she called me when the technician was in the car for a long timeThe technician refused to provide her with an invoice. The price that was quoted for the service was $ not $ and I see that this business is known in doing this shady business practice to many customers! When I confronted this "Manager" he was rude and threatened meAlso, I never signed this service call invoice as I did not accept it and I never signed for my credit card to be charged! This was done without my authorizationThis person is also a liar as he stated that my system was not serviced, guess what it was times at least within the last years! This" Bobby" with no last name should get his facts straight before he throws out accusations! Regards, ** ***

*** *** *** *** *** Davis Services is requesting more funds to complete this installationThe *** was part of a package which included a *** HVAC system with a total project cost of $13,619.00.The HVAC system pricing was based on Davis Services having to enlarge all the duct openings for the registersAs the project progressed it was discovered that those enlargements were not necessary.Davis Services did not make any cost adjustments for that.I was assured I'd like the *** Tank Less much better than the old tank type water heaterI guess we would if it didn't take three minutes of the hot water tap to get hot water to the kitchen

In reviewing original sales proposal, there is nothing listed about enlarging the supply openings in the floor, or it would have been done. This has been hashed out in numerous emails and phone calls and there is nothing to gain by continued back and forth. Our offer to make the changes Mr*** wants for $stands and only needs to be scheduled when he is ready to do the work.Davis Services/Quality Plumbing

Mr* *** has been quoted a price of $to make the changes that he is convinced will solve his problem, but has not approved the repairs. The additional water line was not a part of the original scope of work that was quoted, approved and completed. When Mr* *** is ready to
schedule the work, all he has to do is call the office and set it up with our plumbing dispatcher, but the quoted price remains firm. Davis Services/Quality Plumbing

There is nothing to gain by continuing the back and forth. Ms*** was only charged a service call diagnostic and she paid in full. There is no reason to refund this money because there is no question we sent two techs out and diagnosed the system. Apparently, two other technicians from different companies also confirmed the bad compressor by her own account. As far as we are concerned the matter is settled and we can only wish Ms*** luck with her new system and her new contractor.Bobby

I have received no phone calls from Ms*** about her problem and she's really had no problems with her actual unit until the Freon leak, which she refused to allow us to take care of under warranty. No contractor could install a complete system for $because just the equipment costs way more than that to purchase. I understand her frustrations, but we are a service company and have offered our services to Ms*** and she has refused to allow us to take care of the problem. Apparently, Ms*** is being mislead by someone, but if that someone can offer a complete system for $1000, surely they can supply an indoor coil for much, much less to solve the problem, warranty or not. *** ***There is still no acknowledgement that Davis runs a business with no communication between departments, has not acknowledged or apologized for *** *** leaving verbally abusive, threatening voicemails on both our cell phone and home phone, which I would be glad to play for youBoth *** Davis and xxxx Davis ignored our phone callsIt is not the homeowners responsibility to tell Davis what repairs were diagnosed or spend three days our crawl space instructing them what the problem is Davis is still shirking responsibility for thisWhen the second tech came to our home on July 7, he diagnosed a wire problem, not the broken blower motor, did not look at the original diagnosis
