Review: I haired Raffa Plumbing to check on a noise coming from my heating Boiler. The tech said it was probably build up of calcium. I asked what could be done and he said nothing. I also wanted a quote on having a vent less gas heater put in a back bedroom. He spent approx 1/2 hour looking at gas pipes, and finally said his boss would have to come look at the job. I've called three times since the original service call, which was 01/**/15. They take my message but the owner ([redacted]) never returns my calls.Desired Settlement: A partial refund as the person they sent could not give the estimate & the owner never returns calls.
