Dear Revdex.com: I have received the complaint in question. I really appreciate the fact, this information has been relayed to me. First, the customer stated the sales staff guaranteed the car was never in an accident. It is and will always be our procedure at Pat Peck Kia to
be transparent with our customers. This statement would have never been made by one of our staff. We have a Carfax printed and signed by the customer showing a 'clean' Carfax. If there was a 'bad' Carfax, we would have had it signed also. We would have no way of knowing there was any damage to the vehicle. Secondly, the customer gave you bad information by stating she paid $24,for the vehicle. In fact, she paid only $17,for the car. Thirdly, the customer suggests that if we were an honest dealer, we would buy the car back. We are in fact an honest dealer, and have always tried to do the 'right thing'. However, in this case, we have done nothing wrong, and it seems a little unfair to me, for a customer to ask for us to buy a car back, which has been owned for over a year which they wrecked. I have attached the Vehicle Buyers Order which shows the price, and also attached the original Carfax when she purchased the car which shows no accidents, and a most recent Carfax which only shows the accident she had on 9/25/15. Thank you
