After speaking with who I assume was the owner of Westerman investment group on 3/22/he explained his position for the delayafter we came to the agreement that there were multiple communication issues between myself and the contact person he made the decision to go ahead and refund my deposit and said it would be in the mail no later then 3/23/16, so therefore I should receive it promptlyThe gentleman was very compassionate of my situation, and apologized for my experience
