RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] . Please add your rejection comments below. My response is as follows. It is not in dispute what was previously charged only what I was quoted and authorized on my credit card and the behavior that followed.I authorized my credit card to be charged for the quoted amount to do the job which was $200. The job was completed and without notification they added an unauthorized $50 to the charge beyond what I authorized. I believe this was unethical and even illegal. My credit card is not an open wallet for them to charge what they wish.I called 2 times to clear up the discrepancy in July and left messages with no return call. I reached someone on my third try and they acknowledged their mistake but refused to withdraw the charge.I disputed the charge with the credit card company. While the dispute was still active Pat Jackson called [redacted] and convinced him that I had underpaid. Which is incorrect. They asked him to pay the $50 even while the charge was in dispute with the credit card company. He complied not fully understanding the situation. I believe this was also unethical.I believe that facts outlined above are clear and indisputable. They do not constitute the behavior of a company that is acting honorably or ethically.Regards [redacted] Regards, [redacted]
