If you want a no frills, cookie cutter home than hire Pat Gordon Contracting. If you want any type of customization or detailed work look elsewhere. Pat is extremely responsive when he wants a payment, but is non-responsive when it comes to repairing mistakes in his build.

Pat is a general contractor that is not on-site for the build and does not have a foreman available to oversee his subcontractors. He also refuses to be accountable for the people he has working in your home.

If we had the opportunity to start over we would have hired another contractor.
