Pat-Da Kennels and Cattery

Complaint[redacted], owner of Pat-Da Kennels, knowingly sold me a spayed female Corgi as a breeding bh. In June of 2012, [redacted], owner of Pat-Da Kennels, advertised and sold me a breeding pair of Pembroke Welsh Corgi dogs for $800.00 cash. After 2 years of the female not coming into season, I took her to a Veterinarian, and she was found to be spayed. I called and [redacted] spoke to me once, and has refused to address my complaint by phone or by email.I have a Veterinarian that will now stand by his examination of the bh and finding, that she is spayed. I believe an x-ray is all I will need for a Judge to determine unscrupulous business practices. I have until June, 2015 to file a Civil Suit, before the statue of limitations runs-out.Going through Revdex.com is my last effort of reconciling this matter, before filing suit. Desired SettlementThe settlement I will accept is one-half of the amount I paid for the pair, $400.00. [redacted] can have "[redacted]", the bh, back, or she can live-out her life here.Business Response Like I said before in the frist complaint from Mrs [redacted] the female was breeding and had pups for me when I had her. I DID Not spay this female. I have not seen any information from her on the lie about this. If see has this I would like to view this and also my vet.
