My husband and I both come here and we LOVE it! It's not every day you find a dentist you are comfortable with, we highly recommend them! They are friendly, fast and wonderful.
Really bad experience there on Tuesday. I was looking for a dental office that took my insurance and 1-800 dentist set this appointment up for me. I called an hour before my appointment to confirm and was told right off the bat by the lady answering the phone that she does not like 1-800 dentist and they shouldn't be making appointments for them. Second I filled out all required paper work offered to let her make a copy of my insurance card which I thought was standard. I sat and waited to only be told she hasn't received the fax from my dental office showing my coverage so she wasn't going to send me back to see the dentist. I've had a tooth ache (cavity) for a few weeks now and was excited to be getting it taken care of only to be told no. My insurance pays 100% for what I needed. I wasn't even offered to pay something until insurance gets back to them which I would have done. Not a good experience that's for sure.
I found [redacted] via internet. I had a problem with a tooth, and went a searching! I think like everyone else the search for a good Doctor, or Dentist is sometimes the scary part, hoping you pick a good one. One who is friendly, and skillful
I lucked out with [redacted]. He's is all that, and more.
Melissa, and Barbara were just as friendly, and helpful
Who said you can't enjoy going to the Dentist
Thank you all!
On Sept.21, 2015 I went to [redacted] for a toothache. After x-rays were completed, he advised me that I had a broken root that was infected and had to be extracted. I agreed. He gave me the numbing shots and told me that I had to have a bridge. I asked how much? He said $3300.00. I said NO. I can live with the space. I'm 73 years old and the tooth is the second to the last on my upper left side. After repeated discussions, he pulled the tooth and accidently pulled the cap off the adjoining tooth. I was told to come back in two weeks. When I returned, he put a new cap on the tooth, but still insisted that I have a bridge. I said NO. Then when I went to check out, I was billed $1100.00, which I paid for I my credit card. He insisted that the tooth was already cracked and he just bumped it. Not true. He just wanted to sell me the bridge because of his new machine that makes caps. I don't feel that I should have been charged for a mistake that he did.
I found [redacted] when I had a job done by another dentist and they recommended an oral surgeon to pull my tooth or root canal. I had one root canal done at a dental school! Anyway, he took me in and did the magic. I'm one happy person.
Besides that, state of the art equipment and technology, I've never seen. Nice to see! Plus, your treated like a friend or family, no phonies. Did I mention the good Jazz?
Top Notch!
