I was never told about an extended backorder and then I never received bolts that were part of a kit I ordered
I placed an order on 7-9-for rear lower control arms and a hardware kit for themI was billed for the order in it's entirety when the order was placedUnbeknownst to me the control arms were on backorderThis was not stated anywhere on the website when I orderedI had to call after a week of the my order status on their site simply stating "not shipped" in order to find this outI figure no problem, stuff happensI call every now again for an updateFinally on 8-3-the order ships outIt gets delivered to me on 8-9-Upon opening I find the control arms and the washers from the hardware kit I ordered, but the bolts for the kit are nowhere to be foundI call the company provide my information and explain the situationThe representative I spoke with (who never did state his name) says "I'll see what I can do about getting the bolts to you"I then explai
