Telephone response obtained as follows:The company stated they went out on the service call for water going into the sump pump.The company stated they know of one other company that will not respond to him The company stated that the consumer is unreasonable and only hears what he wants to
hearThe company stated they never told him that the $he paid would completely repair the problem.The company stated the $paid did repair the two problems that were found.The company stated they offered to run a camera for $and use high pressure jet to clean for $375.The company stated the camera revealed two cracked pipes undergroundThe company stated they repaired the two pipes and charged the consumer $150, which is cheap.The company stated the consumer called back and stated the work done did not solve problem. The company stated they did send someone back out the next day and the worker was there all day doing more camera work did not find any more needed repairs.The company stated they suggested at that time that the line be dug up and they quoted the consumer $1,500.00The company stated that the consumer thought for $750.00, the line should have been dug up.The company stated they have decided that they want nothing more to do with him and they will not give him a refund
