Hello to whom it may concern, Im contacting you because for the past years I've been attending Passaic County Community College and it came to my attention that the school seems to not care about the privacy act of studentsFor example, whenever I call financial aid they ask for my personal credentials and they pop open all of my info over the phoneHonestly it scares me how easy it is to get information from a college over the phoneI should feel safe about my privacy as a studentI can be anyone calling and getting info about another studentFinally, the financial aid department are very unprofessional and give lousy service in person
