Review: I ordered an ornament from Pasketti on December 1st, so I would have it in time for Christmas. By December 15th I had neither received the order nor any shipping information, so I emailed Pasketti to see if the ornament had been shipped. Pasketti did not respond, so I sent another email three business days later. Pasketti did not respond again, so I left a voicemail the following day at the number provided on their website. Three days later there was still no response, so I sent another email to a different email address Pasketti provides on its website. In the final email, I requested a refund, as I had found the ornament at another store and still had not received the ornament or any communication from Pasketti. It has been three weeks after I have placed my order and eight days that I have been trying to contact Pasketti, but the company simply ignores my questions regarding my order and my requests for a refund for the undelivered item. The ornament did not cost very much, but a business cannot fail to deliver paid for items and refuse to respond to customer questions regarding these items.Desired Settlement: I ordered an item and never received it. I am due a refund for the amount I paid to Pasketti.
