We are aware of the date the credit card processor did go doneThe Credit card processing company was instructed to only charge each card once and they provided the paperwork showing the charges for that dateAll cards were only charged once
We would ask the customer to provide a copy of the December bank/credit card chargesOn our research we show a customer ate at the Pasghetti's location on 12/19/and their card was charged $on 12/20/(just once), Card ended in the last four digits of #expires 03/We are happy to send the customer the information from the credit card processor showing a one time charge to the above mentioned card
If the card was a bank card they do a holding charge on debit cards that fall off the card in about days and the card is not charges for the holding charges

Yes, I was only charged once AFTER I contacted my bank and the bank suspended the other chargesEach charge temporarily reduced the amount in my bank account which reduced the amount of money the bank showed I had which reduced the amount of money I had available to spend on the trip (by $400!)The restaurant was totally rude when I called that eveningI was promised a phone call from management by 10:the next morning which never cameExtremely POOR customer serviceI will never eat in this restaurant again and have advised friends to avoid the place!
