Geico contacted us about this complaint on 10/8, asking us since we changed the tire and it fell off if we could pay the cost that wasn't covered through Geico After receiving the complaint we sent our mechanic/ shop manger over to tow the vehicle for Ms*** He did find that the
tire did fall off, but wasn't convinced it was due to us changing the tire We have been dispatched separate times to change tires on Ms ***'s Dodge Caravan( 8/18/and 9/25/15) If the tire wasn't put on correctly by us the lug nuts would have been shredded from use after weeks, yet the lug nuts were perfect looking Therefore, our investigation shows that someone must have had access to that wheel in between the time we changed the tire and the when the wheel fell off She has had break service done within a few weeks so something could have been done at that point We are however going to take care of the repair bill as soon as we receive the original copy We have no messages from a *** *** calling in about a complaint
